Peacefully, surrounded by loving family on November 17, 2025, at Vision Nursing Home, Bob passed away at the age of 83.
Beloved Husband and best friend of Elizabeth “Beth” Hystead. Loving Father to Michael (Christina) Hystead. Cherished Grandfather to Michaela (Landen) Porrey. Treasured Brother of Richard (Jennie) Hystead and the late Jimmy (the late Connie) Hystead. Dear Brother-in-law of Jane (Jim), Gary (Ginny) and Bill. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Dorothy Hystead. He will be dearly missed by many extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial funeral service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia at a later date.
