It is with great sadness that the family of Lucy Kloepfer (née Banville) announces her passing on October 18, 2025 in Sarnia, at the age of 69.
Beloved wife of Mike Kloepfer for 26 years. Dear sister of Denis Banville (Barb) of Tara, Ontario; Susan Gallagher (the late John) of Sarnia; Linda Hartt (Steve) of New Brunswick; Paul Banville (Colleen) of Saugeen Shores, Ontario; and Eva Razeau (Jim) of Sarnia. Lucy will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Roger and Theresa Banville, her sister Diana Hinton, and her father-in-law William (Bill) Kloepfer.
Lucy loved the outdoors, gardening, and fishing, and she had a passion for cooking. She was known for her outgoing nature and her willingness to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Marshall Gowen Nursing Home for the excellent care and kindness shown to Lucy over the past two years.
