With her family by her side, on Tuesday May 20th, 2025, at Bluewater Health in Sarnia, at the age of 79. Gloria was the beloved wife of Wayne for 57 years. Loving mother of Stephanie Moore-Paul (Chris) and Julie Moore (Kevin McBride). Cherished Grandma of Avalon Paul. Dear Aunt of several nieces and nephews, especially Mike Shaw (Tracy), Tracey Hazel (Derrick), and Kim Linthorne-Shaw. Loving great Aunt of many great nieces and great nephews. She will be sadly missed her “sister” Joan Irwin (Dale). Predeceased by her parents Elmer and Sylvia Taylor, her sister Carole Shaw, and her nephew TJ Shaw. Gloria was a long time member, and competitor, with the Port Lambton Card Sharks Euchre Club. A special thank you to Dr Allison Crombeen and the staff at Bluewater Health Palliative Care for their empathetic and compassionate care for Gloria. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at McCormack Funeral Home on Saturday May 31 for Memorial Visitation from 1 – 4 pm.
