It is with heavy hearts the family of Biidaaske Naya Nahdee announces her unexpected passing at Bluewater Health on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at the age of 21.

Biidaaske truly enjoyed living life to the fullest. She enjoyed her social time visiting with friends and family and creating beautiful memories. Caring for Alayah and making memories with her little family was her priority. Bii was the best mother she could be and she brought joy to her family as they watched them bond.
Some of her favorite past times included pow wow dancing, playing hockey, being creative with art and helping her dad with ceremonies.  Her future included attending Lambton College in the pre-health program in September.  Bii loved being around children and she enjoyed her employment as a childcare assistant at Little Friends and Aamjiwnaang Childcare Centers. Educating children with their language and culture was one of her passions.
Biidaaske selflessly donated her organs for transplant, and because of this she was able to save 3 lives. Bii’s family are deeply humbled by her eagerness to be an organ donor.
