Peacefully, surrounded by loving family on Monday, September 15, 2025, at Bluewater Health, Eleanore Joanne Passingham passed away at the age of 86.
Beloved wife of the late Robert Passingham. Loving mother of Carol (Al) Larocque, Fred (Sharon) Passingham, and Elaine (Jonathan) Summerhayes. Cherished grandmother of 14 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Melvin and Eva Elizabeth Healey, her sons Donald Passingham and David Passingham, her grandson Fred and step-grandson Shane, and her siblings Clifford Healey and Melba (Jack) Smitt. She will be missed by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Eleanore loved to bake and create crafts, sharing her talents with family and friends. She especially enjoyed expressing her creativity through handmade projects. Eleanore will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Eleanore’s wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date.
