With heavy hearts we announce that Melinda Pinnance, a member of Walpole Island First Nation passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 10, 2024 at the age of 42. Loving mother of Meegan, Jeela, William and Lauren. Cherished daughter of Tracy Pinnance and the late Rocky Kahosed Sr. Beloved twin sister of Melissa and dear sister of Amy, Roxy and Rocky Kahosed Jr, Rocky Shipman, Colin Orton and Dana Sands. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Family and Friends are invited for visitation at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg (519-627-3231), on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Her funeral service will take place the Walpole Island Sports Complex on Wednesday, August 14 at 1pm. Burial to follow at Highbanks Cemetery.
