Jerry Ellsworth Rebstock passed away peacefully, on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Bluewater Health, at the age of 82. Husband of Suzanne Rebstock. Jerry will be remembered by Amy (Malcolm) Coats and Jennifer (Kevin) Randall.
Born in Crystal Beach, Ontario, Jerry was the son of the late George and Helen Rebstock. He was predeceased by his siblings Helen, John, George, Louise, Charlotte, Joanne, Ruth, and Bud. He will be missed by his nieces Cheryl Carlyle and Cyndy Fretz (Kathy); his great-nephews Joshua (Kristen), Nelson (Serena), and Daniel (Niki); and his brother-in-law Wayne Fretz.
He is reunited with his best friend, his dog Sandi.
Jerry enjoyed a long and successful career as an engineer at Suncor. Outside of work, he had a passion for painting and a deep love for sports, particularly golf, hockey, and baseball. He will be missed by all those who knew him.
Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Jerry’s wishes, no services will be held. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Sarnia & District Humane Society (cheques only at the funeral home, please).
