It is with deeply saddened hearts that the family of Tamara Rogers announces her sudden passing on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. Lovingly remembered by her son Xavier Rogers-Hare and his father Kyle. Beloved daughter of Tammy and the late Keith Rogers. Cherished granddaughter of Sheila Taylor. Treasured sister of Cheyenne, Koma (Katlyn) Leona, and the late Keith Jr. Survived by her nieces and nephews Logan, Bryce, Dylan, Legacie, and Koda, and by many aunts, uncles, and extended family. Tamara will be missed by many close and special friends. Tamara enjoyed many pastimes including: fishing, playing cards, and spending time with her family. But above all, we will remember her as a “foodie” and as the best mom to Xavier, spending every moment with him. Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre, 1972 Virgil Ave., Sarnia, on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Aamjiwnaang Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Aamjiwnaang Food Bank (cheques only at the funeral home please).
