Peacefully, surrounded by loving family on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Bluewater Health – Palliative Care, Celine Russell passed away at the age of 76. Celine will be missed by her children Stephen (Aislynn Brown) and Chad Ralph, grandsons Cameron, Donovan and Hayden Ralph, and brother Gilbert (Rosanne) Ross. Predeceased by brother Richard Ross, her mother Rollande Ross, and her father Roger Ross.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Smith Funeral Home – London Line Chapel, 1576 London Line, Sarnia. Sympathy may be expressed through donations the Sarnia and District Humane Society or the Bluewater Health Foundation to (cheques only at the funeral home please).
