Peacefully, surrounded by loving family on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Bluewater Health, Heather Ryan-Moxley passed away at the age of 71.
Loving mother of Kevin and Sarah Moxley. Treasured grandmother of Blake Edwards, Deilya Moxley and Gavin Moxley. Beloved sister of Patrick, Ryan, Mavis and Phyllis. Remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Ellen Ryan, and her brothers Micheal Vincent Ryan and John Ryan.
Heather worked at Bluewater Health as a nurse for 35 years. She worked in the Emergency and I.C.U. departments and mentored many students over the years. She enjoyed tending to her plants, cooking, dancing and music. Heather was devoted to her family; she was a present and supportive grandmother and loved spending time with her siblings.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Heather’s life will be held at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Monday, July 28, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with words of tribute at 6:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to a charity of your choice (cheques only at the funeral home please).
