Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at Marshall Gowland Manor, Kathrine Thompson passed away at the age of 80. Loving mother of Mark Thompson, Eric (Michelle) Thompson, and Laurie (Bruce) Haygarth. Cherished grandmother of Rebecca, Brianna, Johnathan, Ed, Amanda, Andrew, Jasmine, Craig, Nathan, and Brittany. Dear sister of Ken (Joan) Silk. Predeceased by her parents Neil and Violet Silk, brother Ken Silk, and granddaughter Kaitlyn Thompson. Kathrine was retired from Nursing both in the US and Canada. Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Kathrine’s wishes, no services will be held.
