On Monday, June 17, 2024 James Gordon ‘Flip’ Wilson passed away doing what he loved; collecting rocks at the age of 74. Jim was married to his wife Brenda for 42 loving years and will be remembered dearly by his children Steve (the late Julia (2023)) and Jennifer Wilson (Ryan Walker). Cherished grandfather of Heath, Shea, Cheyenne, Maddie, Angus and Clara. Jim has now been reunited with his parents, Gordon (1972) and Mary (1993) Wilson and will be missed dearly by his surviving sister Diane Pamer. He retired from a life-long career of driving truck, known over the CB as Daytime Trucker. Family and Friends are invited for visitation at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg (519-627-3231), on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 1-4pm. Following cremation, Jim will be laid to rest with his family at Riverview Cemetery. If you wish to make a donation in his memory, please consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
