Peacefully, with his loving family by his side, Rich passed away at Bluewater Health on November 7, 2025, at the age of 82. Beloved husband and best friend of 32 years, Jan Worsley (Clouatre). Loving father of Lori Worsley, Tammy (Troy) Holubeshen, Jessica Bell (Joe Helps), Doug (Shelley) Bell, and son-in-law Fabien Jagoo. Cherished grandfather to Olivia, Lennex, and Wes Jagoo; Jake, Owen, and Ben Holubeshen; Joel Frank (Sarah) and Christian Frank (Madi); Raven West-Bell and Devon Chaple. Adored great grandfather Roselynn and Milo Frank. Dear brother and best friend of Jim (Rita) Worsley. Survived by brother-in-law Mugs (Janice) Clouatre, sister-in-laws Esther (Casey) Vandergulik, Kathy Ouimet (Dave), Lynn Fitchet and many beloved nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his parents Norm and Alma Worsley, and his siblings Gloria Chedore (Winston), Robert Worsley (Lynn), Florence Bonin (Ernie), and Norm Worsley (Sandi).

Rich devoted his career to Ontario Power Generation, where he worked as a skilled diesel mechanic. A true craftsman, he spent countless hours restoring classic cars, listening to country music, and tinkering in his shop, a place that brought him endless joy. There was nothing Rich couldn’t build, fix, or make better with his own two hands. Rich was a dedicated NASCAR fan, faithfully tuning in every weekend to cheer on his favourite drivers. And whether it was playing horseshoes or caring for their home on Plank Road, Rich loved the outdoors and treasured the time he spent with his wife, Jan. Rich faced every challenge with strength and determination, remaining a fighter until the very end. Rich will be deeply missed by all who knew him; his friendly wave, warm presence, and genuine kindness left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Dad, we will miss your big smile greeting us at the door, the sparkle in your beautiful blue eyes, your quick wit and that little laugh we loved so much. And of course, we could never forget your great hair. We love you forever.
Your girls,
Lor and Tam
