It is with deeply broken hearts that we announce our sweet baby boy Chase Andrew Yorke passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Chase fought his feisty little heart out to meet his parents Chris and Christine Yorke before passing. He was the much-anticipated little brother of Destiny, Faith and Kadence. Forever loved by his grandparents Bob Rogers, Linda Robertson (John) and Michael and Ann Yorke. Loving uncle of Lenora. Chase is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family would like to say a special thank you to the entire team at the Bluewater Health Maternal Infant Child Program, London Health Sciences NICU transport team, and especially Doctor Lammers and Doctor Johnston for the compassionate care they received. A private family service will be held with burial at Aamjiwnaang First Nations Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Down Syndrome Association of Lambton County (cheques only at the funeral home please).
