A single swing on hole 3 gave Sarnia-area golfer Chris Pamenter a moment he will not soon forget.

Chris Pamenter had a day on the golf course that most players only dream about. On May 18th, Pamenter stepped up to hole 3 from the blue tees, 160 yards out, pulled an 8 iron, and watched the ball disappear into the cup for his first career hole in one.
It is a milestone that every golfer chases and few ever reach. For Pamenter, the moment marked not just a remarkable shot but a first, a memory that will follow him to every round he plays from here on out.
Details of the round confirmed the shot: hole 3, blue tees, 160 yards, 8 iron.
Congratulations, Chris!
