Chris Lazary has left the Sarnia Sting to become an associate coach with the Saginaw Spirit. Lazary was an assistant coach the last two seasons in Sarnia with Trevor Letowski and Derian Hatcher respectively.

Lazary was an assistant coach the last two seasons in Sarnia with Trevor Letowski and Derian Hatcher respectively.
The 34-year-old will join new head coach Spencer Carbery and assistant coach John Kisil on the bench for the Spirit this season.
The Sting thanked Lazary for his service and wished him well in his future endeavors
