Sarnia’s Bradyn Santavy, 13, took first place in his weightlifting division at the recent Ontario Summer Games in Mississauga, and in the process broke a provincial record.
Sarnia’s Bradyn Santavy, 13, took first place in his weightlifting division at the recent Ontario Summer Games in Mississauga, and in the process broke a provincial record.
His lift of 58 kilograms in the snatch portion of the event set a new Ontario juvenile record. His clean and jerk lift was 75 kg.
Bradyn is the younger brother of Boady and Noah Santavy, who have competed at the national and international level in the sport.
