The Sexual Assault Survivors’ Centre Sarnia-Lambton has announced an upcoming event featuring Tyler Smith, a Humboldt Broncos crash survivor, Amazing Race Canada champion, and mental health advocate.
The event, titled "Navigating Mental Health with Humboldt Broncos Bus Crash Survivor Tyler Smith," is scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Four Points by Sheraton Sarnia.
Smith, the founder of Not Alone Co., will speak about his experiences with recovery and healing following the tragic bus crash.
The event is supported by local sponsors, including the Four Points by Sheraton, the Sarnia-Lambton Coordinating Committee on Violence Against Women, Lambton College, and the Sarnia Sting.
