The Journal has partnered with the Sexual Assault Survivors’ Centre Sarnia-Lambton to feature their ‘Talk About it Tuesday’ video series, which sheds light on issues impacting the centre and community.

Last week, The Centre staff went to London, Ontario for the Hockey Canada Verdict.
Our team spent the day standing in solidarity with E.M. In the video, we're giving a behind-the-scenes look at what it means to show up with care, courage, and community.
The video features footage outside of the courthouse with our sister agencies ANOVA from London, ON, the Women's Support Network of York Region from Newmarket, ON, and members of the OCRCC – Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centres.
This video is a reminder that a verdict does not mean not guilty. We believe survivors. We support survivors.
The Centre is here, today and every day. If you need space to debrief, process, or connect with services, please reach out. You are not alone.
If you are experiencing or are a survivor of sexual abuse, the Sexual Assault Survivors’ Centre Sarnia-Lambton offers free, confidential services, and can be reached at 519-337-3154 or visit www.sexualassaultsarnia.ca. A 24/7 crisis line is also available at 519-337-3320.
