Passed peacefully at the age of 86 on June 8th, 2024 at St. Joseph's Hospice after a prolonged battle with cancer. He was surrounded through his last days by loving family. Beloved husband, golf partner, and forever best friend of Shirley Hornblower and father of son Mark (Kelly). Oldest brother of Paul Hornblower (Marjorie) and Sandy Waters (Ken). Predeceased by his parents Jack and Helen Hornblower. The family would like to pass along a special thank you to the staff at Oncology & Palliative Care at Bluewater Health, and especially to the staff and volunteers at St. Joseph’s Hospice who worked so hard to make his last journey comfortable and his family feel so at ease and welcomed. Cremation has taken place. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice (cheques only at the funeral home please).
