Peacefully, surrounded by loving family at Bluewater Health on Sunday, March 31, 2024, Wayne Webb passed away at the age of 87, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Sandra Webb for almost 64 years. Loving father of Rod and Rick (Kathy). Cherished grandfather of Kandice (Rheal), Josh, Caleb (Gabby), and Gillian (Bernie). Treasured great-grandfather of Laken and Maeva. Dear brother-in-law of Sharon Burgess and Kent and Mary Bettridge. Remembered by his extended family and many friends. Wayne coached and played baseball and hockey for many years, until last summer. He loved cycling, rollerblading and was a muscle car enthusiast. Wayne will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service was held. A celebration of Wayne’s life will be announced at a later date. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Canadian Cancer Society (cheques only at the funeral home please). Arrangements entrusted to Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia.
