Jada Henry, a general arts student and “Let’s Face It” team member, slips along a slide filled with water and soap suds at Lambton College on Sept. 20.

The team organizes daily events to help new students adjust to college live during their first 21 days, which is the most crucial period for student success, said Darlene Edgar, a peer support and student engagement coordinator.
