Scaffolding surrounds a 165-foot tower at the Shell Manufacturing Centre refinery in Corunna. The planned maintenance began in July and is expected to be complete by the end of the year. In addition to Shell personnel, ten contractors are on this job. The refinery processes about 75,000 barrels of oil a day for the Ontario market. Glenn Ogilvie
