* Crabby Joes Tap & Gill; leadership in community service
* St. Clair Taekwondo; creating opportunity
* Dr. Larry Snoden; accessible physical environment
* Access Athletics Racing Team; above and beyond award
All were cited for creating an environment that encourages autonomy and independence for people with disabilities.
