Lambton Public Health is offering free parenting sessions starting in January.
The sessions are an informal source of information to help parents, grandparents and caregivers use positive discipline and communication with children, said public health nurse Miranda Clubb.
Day and evening programs are available with free childcare for kids up to age six. Space is limited.
