Surgeons contacted patients to reschedule on a priority basis and operating rooms hours have been extended.
The Aug. 26 malfunction forced the scrubbing of all but emergency surgeries, flooded four patient rooms and contaminated some hospital supplies.
No medical equipment was damaged and there were no further service disruptions.
