The Lambton Mosaic Project is now accepting submissions following an official launch in Point Edward last week.

The project will result in a map displaying artistic and literary contributions from Lambton’s 11 municipalities and three First Nations, including drawings, paintings, photos, poems, crafts, and short stories.

An unveiling is planned for July 1, 2017.

The goal is to bring the community together to celebrate what residents are most proud of, while at the same time honouring Canada’s 150th birthday, said project co-ordinator Kathryn Evans.

Contributions can be submitted until March 31, 2016. For details and criteria visit www.Lambtonmosaic.com
