Helen Valentia, right, and a friend, were among the first of 500 participants who took part in the inaugural Assante Dirty Dash for Rebound on Saturday, June 13.

The five-kilometre course through Canatara Park featured more than a dozen fun and challenging obstacles, including this mud-filled pit, in support of youth programs at Sarnia Lambton Rebound.
