Twelve-year-old Alex Cannon soars aloft as younger riders look on at the BMX Track in Canatara Park.

The facility was especially busy last week as riders crammed in final runs before heading back to the classroom on Tuesday.

The seven-year-old track was a joint project of the city Seaway Kiwanis Club of Sarnia.
