It is with the heaviest of hearts, with Nancy, Amanda, Robert and Shelby by his side, Fud passed on Friday December 13th, 2024, at Bluewater Health in Sarnia. He was the most devoted husband and the proudest father and papa anyone could ask for. Everyone Fud came in contact with meant so much to him. He would do anything for anyone; he was that kind of friend, buddy, and pal. Fud will definitely be missed by all who knew him. Survived by his wife Nancy, daughter Amanda, son Robert (Shelby), and his grandchildren Mandi, William and Logan. He will also be remembered by Elissa and her boys. Fud is survived by his brother and sisters-in-law, Jim, Badge, Deb, Bonnie, Burt, Cathy, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Pat and Elda Abra, his brother John, along with his in laws Carl and Alma Badgley and Bill Badgley. Fudd was a proud 50 year member of Operating Engineers Local 793. A special thank you to Doctor Kim and the nurses at Bluewater Health on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place on January 18th, 2025, at Resurrection Cemetery. A Celebration of Fud’s Life will take place at a later date.
