At his residence, on Tuesday October 29, 2024, at the age of 74. Bill is survived by his sister Ada Blackman and his nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by the Coleman and Ballantyne families. Predeceased by his parents Marjorie and Frank Bassford, and his brother Robert Johnson. Bill was a long-time butcher at both A&P and Metro. Cremation has taken place.
