Surrounded by the love of his family, Douglas Walker Frew passed peacefully on March 10, 2025. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather; Doug’s life was defined by love, laughter and unwavering dedication to those he cherished.
A celebration of Doug’s life will be held at the Smith Family Centre (in front of Smith Funeral Home), 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 beginning at 1:00 p.m. with words of tribute to be held at 1:30 p.m.
Due to the friendship and love of his dog “Bogey”, Doug’s family would appreciate donations to the Sarnia & District Humane Society or the charity of your choice (cheques only at the funeral home, please).
