Peacefully, on March 29, 2026, Susan Janet Lake (née Seymour) passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospice in Sarnia at the age of 75.
Beloved wife of the late Harvey (2001), Susan was a loving mother to Chris (Sarah) and Kerri (Aaron), and a proud grandmother to Benjamin, Charlie, and Sam. She will be fondly remembered by her siblings Steve (Laura) and Ruth. Susan was predeceased by her brother David, sister-in-law Diane, and brother-in-law Don.
Susan found great joy in bowling and trips to the casino, but above all, she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospice for their compassionate care and support.
Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Susan’s Life will be held at a later date. Please check back for details.
