With deep sadness and endless love, we announce the passing of Solange Dolores Rail, who passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026, at Twin Lakes Terrace at the age of 95.

Solange will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family and the unconditional love she shared throughout her life. Her warm spirit, gentle kindness, and caring heart created a home filled with love and cherished memories that will remain with her family forever.

She was the beloved mother of Jackie and Pierre Raymond, Lily Collins, Christine Rail and Alec Ip, Claude Rail and Mary Callahan, Chantal and Todd MacNeill, Sylvian Rail, and daughter-in-law Collette Rail. She was the proud grandmother of 21 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Solange will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Murielle Mailly and Sylvaine Torma, along with many extended family members and friends.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Roger Rail; her son, Gerard Rail; and her son-in-law, Richard Collins.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Twin Lakes Terrace for the exceptional care and kindness they provided over the past three years, with special thanks to Nurse Sheila for her dedication and support.

Cremation has taken place.
