It is with great sadness that the family of Kevin Gerald Russell announces his passing on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the age of 61.
Beloved partner of Georgette Belanger. Loving brother of Jamie Russell and Diana Cox and cherished uncle to Sidney, Quinn, Steven and Shawn. Dear nephew of Keith. Kevin was predeceased by his parents Gerald and Donna, his stepfather Chess, and his sister Charlene.
Kevin had a deep love for music and enjoyed playing his guitar. He found joy in fishing, gardening, camping, travelling, and celebrating life with those around him. Known for his strong work ethic and his compassion for animals, Kevin will be remembered for his vibrant spirit and kind heart.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and personal support workers from Bluewater Health for the excellent and compassionate care provided to Kevin. Special thanks are also extended to his Sarnia neighbours for their unwavering support and the time they shared with him.
Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Please check back for details.
