Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Jack Michael Somes passed away at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Sharon Somes of 42 years. Loving father of Matt Somes (Laura Schroeder) and Dayna De Keyser (Darryl). Cherished grandfather of Lee De Keyser and Nate De Keyser. Dear brother of Mearle Zink and Charlies Somes (Carol). Predeceased by his parents Gord and Marj Somes and two sisters Leona Condie and Faye Archer. A funeral service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation held two hours prior from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice (cheques only at the funeral home please).
