Peacefully, after a brief illness on Monday, September 9, 2024, at London Health Sciences Centre Victoria Hospital, Timothy “Tim” Arthur Joel Wright passed away at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Sharon Wright (2019). Loving father of Christopher Wright, Brian (Susan) Wright, and Pamela Wright. Cherished grandfather of Connor (Fredi) Wright, Kyle Wright (Rebekah Lowe), Corwin Wright (Cassie McDonnell), Benjamin Whittaker (Melissa McFalls), and Cassidy Whittaker. Dear brother of Pricilla Wright. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Lillian Meighen Wright. Born and raised in London, Ontario- Tim was an accomplished equestrian, and enjoyed his love of horses into his later years. He and Sharon raised their family in Sarnia where he owned and managed a successful manufacturing business. From a young age, Tim was a well-rounded musician and enjoyed playing multiple instruments and singing. Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00PM, on Wednesday September 18th, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 10:00AM, on Thursday September 19th, 2024. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Alzheimer Society of Sarnia-Lambton (cheques only at the funeral home please).
