Steve Brown of Lambton College finished tied for fifth at the recent Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) Golf Championships at Hunters Pointe Golf Course in Welland, Ont.
Steve Brown of Lambton College finished tied for fifth at the recent Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) Golf Championships at Hunters Pointe Golf Course in Welland, Ont.
Brown had round of 73, 70 and 76 and finished seven shots back of the winner.
It’s the second straight year a Lambton golfer has finished on the first page of the leaderboard. Eric Patenaude was second at the event last year.
The Lambton mens’ team of Brown, Ethan O’Meara, Daniel Klinck, Jamie Devereaux and Brad
Pettigrew finished fourth in the Division II team standings.
