Marilyn passed away peacefully with family by her side at Afton Park Place Nursing Home on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at the age of 91. Marilyn was predeceased by her loving husband Ron in 2019. She was the loving mother of Lynda Miller and Jim (Linda) Caughlin. Cherished grandmother of Tara Miller (Griff) of Sarnia, and Kristen (Chris) Cogswell of Strathroy. Loving great-grandmother to Chase (Acacia), Bryson, Mariah, Tori, Logan and Georgia. Dear sister of Butch (Sharon) Trumble. She is predeceased by her brothers Fred, Jack, Bill and sisters Joyce, Ellie, Velma & Pansy. Marilyn worked at BMO and Sears. She enjoyed many hours working in her garden, knitting and sewing. She was a very proud 5th generation grandmother who especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday, July 14th, 2024 beginning at 11:00 am – 12:45 p.m., followed by a graveside and committal service at Lakeview Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
