It is with great sadness that the family of Millicent “Millie” Marie Mathers (Winegarden) announce her passing on April 12, 2024 at Oakcrossing Long Term Care at the age of 96 years.
Beloved wife of the late Norman (2000) for over 55 years. Loving mother of Carole Anne Marie Mathers of
London and Norman Wayne Mathers (Norma Jean) of North Carolina. Cherished grandmother of Al Schirjaev (Michelle), Alicia Schirjaev, Robert Mathers (Brandi), Ruthlyn Scott (Jim), Rachael Ares (EJ), Victoria Reddy (Colin), and great grandmother 13 great grandchildren.
Millie was actively involved in her Church at West London Alliance and she enjoyed hairdressing and playing the piano. Millie's favourite pastime was babysitting her grandchildren Al and Alicia.
A Graveside Service for Millie will be conducted on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 2:00pm at West Williams (Sylvan) Cemetery, 32152 Sylvan Rd, Parkhill.
