Scott Johnson has been principal at Holy Trinity Catholic School on Lorne Crescent since 2010, and before that was a vice-principal at St. Christopher Secondary.
He starts the new job July 1.
Meanwhile, in a shuffling of vice principals, Joanne McCreery is moving to Sacred Heart from Holy Trinity while Stacy Shepley has been reassigned to Holy Trinity from Sacred Heart.
