The Sarnia Shoebox Project is in its 6th year of collecting items for Christmas presents for women in local shelters. NEW items like candy, chocolate, scarves, gloves, lotion can be dropped off at the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club, MPP Bailey's office, Fuzion Hair Concepts, Norton Hairstyling and Sarnia Shoebox.
NEW! This is a beginner-level class, combining the benefits of gentle stretching and guided meditation. The goal is to improve mobility and reduce tension using a combination of stretching and progressive relaxation techniques. Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat and water.
