I have just read the Letter to the Editor by Johnathan De Swert and I would like to applaud his rebuttal of Marilyn Gladu's article "Your Car Your Choice".
I find it hard to understand how elected officials are in possession of such misleading facts. In March 2024 I wrote an article published in First Monday called "Technology and the exciting times we live in". The article was written to counter a very poorly researched article published by a local counsellor. I was asked by First Monday to consider a follow up article on this and other aspects such as electric aviation, which I will do later this fall.There are a lot of EV and renewable haters out there for some reason.
