Teams invited to push a bus for Sarnia-Lambton YMCA fundraiser
Community teams will put their strength to the test Friday as the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario hosts its annual Push the Bus fundraiser in Sarnia, raising money to help local children and families access camps, programs and services.

Community groups, businesses and families are being invited to put their strength to the test this week while supporting a local cause.
The YMCA of Southwestern Ontario will host its annual Push the Bus fundraiser Friday at the Jerry McCaw Family Centre in Sarnia. Teams of three to six participants will compete to push a full-size school bus approximately 60 metres across the parking lot.
Each team is asked to raise a minimum of $200, with proceeds supporting the YMCA's Fill the Bus campaign. The fundraising effort helps provide access to summer camps, child care, health and fitness programs, and other YMCA services for local children and families.
The event is designed as a friendly competition, with prizes awarded for the fastest team and top fundraising efforts.
Registration remains open for interested teams.
The Push the Bus fundraiser takes place Friday at the Jerry McCaw Family Centre.
