Ariel Agnes Mann passed away peacefully at home on February 20, 2025 at the age of 87. Daughter of the late Morgan and Maude (Deyo) Dalgety of Sombra. Wife of the late Alan Frank Mann (2009). Mother of Blake Alan Mann and Susan Elizabeth Willimott of Wallaceburg. Granny to Karla Anne Willimott and Alison Renee Willimott.
Predeceased by brother Lowell Dalgety (2021) and sister-in-law Jaunita (1992). Survived by sister Carol Bell (Jack, 1992) of St. Catharines, brother-in-law Bob Mann (Marilyn) of Chatham, sister-in-law Janet Mann (Herman) of Ottawa, sister-in-law Margarida Dalgety and many nieces and nephews.
Ariel was a graduate of Macdonald Institute in Guelph in 1959 and went on to a teaching career in Home Economics and Family Studies, starting at Dresden High School, then later at Wallaceburg District Secondary School until retirement.
Ariel’s wishes were for no funeral service.
Cremation has taken place and interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. Expressions of sympathy donations to the Salvation Army Food Bank or the charity of your choice may be left at the funeral home.
