Residents of Bright’s Grove have successfully lobbied for reduced street parking behind Skeeter Barlow’s.

Council approved a request to put up ‘no parking’ signs on the south side of Bright Street and Jubilee Street, between Waterworks Road and Thelma Street.

Residents submitted a 27-name petition, citing difficulty navigating the narrow streets and exiting driveways when both sides of the streets were used for parking.

Bright and Jubilee run parallel to Old Lakeshore Road south of the bar and grill.
