Former marathon runner Kathy Wakely eases back into it by jogging on the Howard Watson Nature Trail with dogs Reggie and Molly last week.

The Sarnia resident said lacing up the runners again after some time off isn’t easy, but she managed a healthy run from west of Modeland Road to Telfer Sideroad and back.
