Kyrou was among 12 OHL players attending Canada’s National Junior Team Selection Camp in St. Catharines this week.
Following the four-day camp, the roster will be finalized to 22 players who will represent Canada at the 2018 IIHF World Junior Championship, scheduled for Dec. 26 to Jan. 5 in Buffalo.
Canada’s first game is on Boxing Day, versus Finland, at 4 p.m.
